July 2026 vs July 2025

The Results slide: +146% increase in accounts reached, 16,652 in July 2025 to 40,972 in July 2026; 204,000 total views; 31,872 non-followers reached; 5,614 profile visits; 1,034 shares.
Carousel slide, We Posted More Videos: three Clam Bar reels on phones, showing a staffer with a loaded seafood platter, a Clam Bar trucker hat held up to the camera, and a lobster roll outside the shack. Caption: Reels helped put the brand in front of thousands of new people by reaching non-followers, while static posts are typically seen more by the existing audience.

We posted more videos

Unlike static image posts, reels are built for discovery. They can be pushed beyond your existing followers, giving the brand a much better chance at reaching new customers organically. For Clam Bar, video became one of the biggest tools for consistent organic growth.

Carousel slide, We Put the Staff in Front of The Camera: Clam Bar staff holding a loaded seafood platter, presenting two dishes, and clowning around outside. Caption: Content featuring the team consistently performed better. We created more entertaining videos around their personalities, giving customers people to recognize and connect with.

We put the staff in front of the camera

Putting the staff on camera gave the brand a personality. Instead of everything feeling like an ad, people got to see the real faces behind Clam Bar, genuine reactions, inside jokes and the energy that makes the place what it is.

Carousel slide, We Brought More Variety to the Feed: a spread of lobster rolls, a steamer bucket, corn, fries, a grilled sandwich and soup. Caption: Before we started pictures of lobster rolls dominated the feed… We showed more of the menu to keep the content fresh and gave people a new reason to stop scrolling (and to stop in to try something new)

We brought more variety to the feed

Our approach with Clam Bar was to go deeper than the obvious menu staples. By regularly featuring lesser-known items, we were able to keep the content fresh month after month while showing customers just how broad the menu actually is.

The content didn’t need to feel more polished. It needed to feel more like The Clam Bar.
